I am a Master Certified Coach and the CEO of Executive Goals, a strategic-leadership company.
Unlike many coaches, I have actually led departments and overseen a budget in a Fortune 200 communications and publishing company. I have coached, mentored, and trained middle to senior-level executives in Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, and various Operational groups while managing multiple geographical locations and diverse employee populations. I know the opportunities and challenges of leading and influencing teams.
I have developed exceptional cross-functional industry knowledge and have very strong business acumen across a range of industries, including corporate, private, and governmental agencies.
